Position Overview

Responsibilities/Accountabilities includes the following but not limited to
- Responsible for leading the daily work of non-exempt employees on the jobsite. This may include, but is not limited to, selection, training, performance evaluation and development, skill assessment, and all other misc. items that are involved in leading this group

- Special Projects as assigned
- Must have a valid driver’s license and follow the company Fleet Safety Policy

- Must be able to develop an expert level understanding of all Pella systems, products, and their applications

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Prior experience with power tools is required. Contractor’s License preferred not required.
